The Pacific Salmon Foundation were looking to get a fresh look to their website that displays their information in a clean and aesthetic way. We delivered a website that is tailored to the needs of the organization and its users. PSF is a federally incorporated non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the conservation and restoration or Wild Pacific Salmon and their natural habitats in British Columbia and the Yukon.
The Georgia Straight saw a vast decline in wild Coho and Chinook salmon the past 20 years, which is quite alarming, and prompted PSF to spark an ad campaign to spread word. To support this initiative, we constructed several print and electronic advertisements, which aided PSF in communicating their message in many publications across BC.
As a charity in the environmental sector, we communicate with a large breadth of stakeholders and carry out a variety of activities. From fundraising to promoting events, to grantmaking to education, our website is a hub for those various activities. Burst Communications put alot of effort into understanding our audiences and creating a product that was versatile enough for a various needs, all while strongly communicating our unique brand. What's more, they brought many new solutions to the table that we were not even aware existed. All in all, it's been a very positive experience and we look forward to a long partnership.
