Toronto Public Library has just announced their partnership with Google to allow people to borrow internet. Users can borrow hotspots for up to six months and are allowed up to 10GB of bandwidth per month.

With everything from job applications to tax filing becoming digital, the internet is turning less from a luxury to a basic human need. Their plan is to allow people in low-income families to access the internet.
