I’ve been busy moving all week and it’s tiring! Whether you are a homeowner or tenant, finding a home that’s the right fit is important and costly. Here’s a subtle fact that may help you get some leeway on how much you fork out on the next place.

Zillow, a trending company that provides services for all lifecycles of owning and living in a home (renting, selling, buying, remodeling etc), reported the values a paint color can add to your home. The company analyzed photos from nearly 50,000 sold homes and found that homes with white kitchens sell for $1400 LESS than homes with yellow kitchens. That’s interesting because I always associated yellow with the McDonald’s “GOLDEN ARCH”. I personally prefer white kitchens more, nonetheless, checkout the remaining colors and their respective value reported by Zillow below!
