In the latest revelation in the privacy concious community, Yahoo has just revealed that it was ordered last year to search incoming emails for the digital "signature" of a communications method used by a state-sponsored, foreign terrorist organization, according to a government official familiar with the matter. It scaned its user's emails and forwarded anything suspicious to the FBI.
Don't ask which company doesn't snoop through your emails. They all do, because they need to figure out if the message is spam or something else.
Never trust anybody who says they'll encrypt something on your behalf. If you want something done right, you got to do it yourself.
